For as long as I can remember, music has been a major part of my life and for that I am thankful, it has been a true gift......
MUSICIAN
I am a guitar player and singer. I can also play bass and some other stringed instruments, piano and keyboards and can fake my way on the harmonica. In the recording studio, I will usually track the guitar parts, the bass and keyboards as well as do sing lead and back up vocals.
I love performing live and when I do I play lead and rhythm guitar and sing lead and back up vocals. Through the years I've had the pleasure of sharing the stage withmany amazing artists. Some are names you may not recognize and many are names everyone knows like the Alan Parsons Project, Al Stewart, Ambrosia, Bill Engvall, Blues Traveler, Bob Saget, Bruce Baum, Colin Hay, Dave Mason, Eddie Money, Gin Blossoms, Leon Russell, Little River Band, Los Lobos, Loverboy, Rick Overton, The Tubes, Tim Allen, Van Halen, Venice and many other notable musicians and comedians.
SONGWRITER
I mostly perform and record my own original material and write my own music and lyrics, but I also like to record and perform music by other artists.
ENTREPRENUER
I love what I do but I am also involved in other areas of the music industry, like production and promotion, and other ventures outside the music industry.
TRAVEL
One of the major rewards of this biz has been to tour and travel. I've had the good fortune to make many friends in all walks of life, from all over the world. And though I love visiting the cities I've been to and seeing old friends, I am always down to visiting new places, making new friends and getting into what ever mischief and adventure I can get myself into.
PHILANTROPHY
- We hold a yearly Toy Drive in partnership with The VCFD, The Simi Valley Home Depot and Spark of Love.
- We personally deliver toys to various shelters in Ventura County and to families in need.
- The last 10 years we have put together a number of music festivals to benefit, Food Share, the ARC and St Judes Childres Hospital.
PERSONAL
I was born in Mexico DF, Mexico but grew up in Redondo Beach, California, USA, a beach community in Los Angeles County.
I picked up my first guitar and got the "BUG" at the age of twelve. I've been picking at it ever since and "I'm still learning to play it".
My go to guitars are from my good friends at Anderson Guitarworks. I play VHT amps which were made by Steve Fryette.
I have been writing songs since the age of twelve, have recorded many of them and they are available in CD, and download formats.
I currently live in Thousand Oaks California USA, a beautiful suburb north of Los Angeles that has a huge music scene.
